Refund Policy

The Sri Lanka Olympiad Mathematics Foundation (SLOMF) does not offer refunds for any payments made for courses, subscriptions, or services on the Learning Management System (LMS).

1. No Refund Policy
- All payments made for LMS courses, programs, or services are final and non-refundable.
- Users are encouraged to review course details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Exceptional Cases
In rare cases of a technical issue that prevents access to purchased content, users may contact SLOMF at ops@slmathsolympiad.org for support. Such cases will be reviewed individually, but no refunds will be issued.

3. User Responsibility It is the responsibility of the user to ensure:
- They meet the prerequisites for the course or program.
- They have access to the necessary devices and internet to use the LMS.

4. Disputes
In the event of disputes, SLOMF reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the issue.
